Christina Wednesday

One day in October we decided a great family challenge would be to attempt to make cake pops like the ones offered at the popular coffee shop chain. After successfully creating about two-dozen cake pops we half-jokingly sent our twin teenage daughters out door-to-door in our neighborhood to see if anyone would buy them. Our daughter Christina had dressed in her Wednesday costume and would announce herself as Christina Wednesday when the neighbors would answer the door. Our neighbors loved it and praised the girls for what they were doing. After some more research into what it would take to make these available to more people, we decided to become a registered cottage food producer and started selling in different markets. Christina Wednesday made her first debut at the San Tan Farmers Market on Valentines Day of 2026. The business has evolved quickly and have increased our capacity to bring over 300 cake pops to each market. We meet a lot of people at the events and love to gather all their feedback to make Christina Wednesday even better.
